Cancellations by You
Cancellation terms and applicable refunds depend on the airline, hotel, and service supplier policies. Some bookings may be strictly non-refundable once confirmed.
Cancellations by Us
If we are required to cancel a service due to weather, supplier issues, or other unforeseen events, refunds and rescheduling options will depend on the policies of the airline, hotel, or service supplier involved.
Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 working days to your original payment method, if applicable under supplier policy.
Bank or card charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Rescheduling
Requests must be made at least 7 days before the tour.
Subject to availability and may involve extra charges, based on supplier terms.
Important Note
No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals, unless allowed by the supplier.
We recommend having travel insurance for peace of mind.
